- How does the app work?
- Our app uses Open AI ChatGPT-powered AI to translate text and voice in over 110 languages. You can type, speak, or use the “Communicate” feature for split-screen conversations.
- What are credits?
- Credits are how you pay for translations in the app. Each credit allows you to translate a set number of words. For example, 100 credits = 750 words. Different features (e.g., the "Communicate" mode) may use credits differently and every month you get X credits.
- Do I get credits when I sign up?
- Yes! When you create an account, you’ll receive credits to try out the app. Credits are available for you monthly with your membership or you can buy more.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- You can buy more credits or subscribe to get credits every month. Subscription credits roll over as long as your subscription is active.
- How can I see how many credits I have left?
- Your remaining credits are displayed at the top of the home screen, so you always know your balance.
- Can I use the app on a trial basis?
- Yes, you can use the credits included when you sign up. Once they’re used up, you’ll need to buy more credits or subscribe to keep translating.
- How do I get more credits?
- It’s easy! Just go to the “My Orders & Subscriptions” section in the app to top up whenever you need more.
- Will the app remind me if I’m running low on credits?
- Yes, the app will send you notifications when your credits are running low, so you’re never caught off guard.
- Is there a limit to how many credits I can get?
- Nope! You can purchase as many credits as you need at any time through the app.
